Street workout is a form of training that is based on calisthenic exercises (i.e. using your own body weight) and strength training. Street workout parks, such as FlowPark Custom on Nawojki Street or Flowpark Standard M on Pietrusinskiego Street, offer a variety of bars, handrails and other structures tailored for exercises such as pull-ups, push-ups and standing on hands.
The flowparks, on the other hand, are more versatile. In addition to street workout elements, they are designed for people who want to develop movement and fitness skills - from acrobatics to balance exercises. Flowparks are tailored for both amateurs and more advanced sports enthusiasts.
