Funding for construction of skateparks in 2025

Skatepark construction program 2025

The budget of the 2025 edition for the construction of skateparks is PLN 30 million. The program is planned to be announced in the first quarter of 2025, while calls for proposals will be held in the second and third quarters of the year.

Funding covers the construction of seasonal skateparks with the possibility of temporary use of modular infrastructure, as well as monolithic skateparks, built permanently. It is estimated that 40 to 50 skateparks will be built under the program in various locations around the country. The projects will aim to improve accessibility to space for extreme sports, as well as the possibility of converting the facilities during the winter for other sports activities.

Implementation of the program will be supported by the development of design, construction and performance guidelines, which will help ensure the high quality, durability and functionality of skateparks.

Program for modernization of sports complexes "My sports field - ORLIK 2012" - Edition 2025

The goal of this program is to maintain ORLIKs as a sports space accessible to all, regardless of age, gender or physical ability. The priority is to prevent the degradation of existing complexes and ensure their continued operation as centers of physical activity.

Funding can be obtained for:

  • renovation, reconstruction or modernization of an existing Orlik 2012 complex, including:
    • repair/replacement of sports field surfaces,
    • modernization of lighting,
    • modernization of the fencing along with the soccer paddles,
    • modernization of existing locker room and sanitary facilities,
  • supplementing the complex with new sports facilities, such as skate parks, pumptracks, running tracks, playgrounds, additional sports fields or tennis courts.

The amount of funding requested for the implementation of one complex can not be less than PLN 100 thousand. The maximum subsidy is:

  • PLN 500 thousand for modernization of a complex (up to 50% of the cost),
  • PLN 700 thousand for modernization of a complex (up to 70% of the cost),
  • PLN 1 million for modernization of a complex with construction of an additional facility (up to 50% of costs),
  • PLN 1.4 million for modernization of the complex with construction of an additional facility (up to 70% of the cost).

The total budget of the program is PLN 150 million.

Deadline for the call for applications: from January 10 to February 28, 2025.
