Among other things, ramps, grindboxes and handrails have been installed at the skatepark, allowing to perform a variety of tricks. Among the new equipment are: a quarter pipe two levels, a funbox with a grindbox and handrails, a bank of 90° pyramid ramps, a broken handrail, a small straight handrail, two grindboxes of different sizes, a miniramp with a bank ramp.
It's worth noting that in addition to strictly skatepark elements, there are additional amenities, such as benches, a bike rack and even basketball stands. The modern design of the skatepark aims not only to create a place for training, but also for social integration and spending time together outdoors.
The total cost of the modernization was more than 630 thousand zlotys, of which 300 thousand zlotys came from the Physical Culture Development Fund, which was obtained thanks to the support of Polish MP Wieslaw Krajewski. The symbolic opening took place on October 14, and was attended by numerous young users. The skatepark quickly gained great popularity and became a place for daily training.
However, municipal authorities remind the public to observe safety rules, such as using helmets and pads, avoiding riding on wet elements, and exercising caution and prudence when using the skatepark.
The skatepark in Tuchow is now a modern place that meets the highest standards and will serve residents for many years.
