Let's start with what, in your opinion, distinguishes this new skatepark? What elements best meet the needs and expectations of the local skateboarding community?
The main feature of the facility is the variety of obstacles and their zoning, which allow you to deploy your presence at a level from basic to heavily advanced. In addition to the specific STREET section, you can also fly on Jump Boxes, or catch some speed on Pumptrack, and practice on the line with boxes on the flag - perfect!
And how do you think this skatepark can influence the development of skateboard culture here in Minsk Mazowiecki?
The skatepark looks like an Olympic-ready space. If young students start learning to ride on a facility of this class, we should have a skateboard Olympian in a few years.
Do you already have any special events, competitions or sessions planned for skaters at this new skatepark?
Of course, the new facility is so attractive that I can't imagine that we won't meet next year for at least one championship-level event on behalf of the PSF. We are also preparing some surprises for you, but I would not like to reveal all the cards :). For sure, we will meet later this year, on September 22, at the Super Cup, the closing event of the skateboard summer season.

Which elements of the skatepark do you find particularly attractive for more advanced users, and which will be ideal for beginners?
Always elements with a smaller angle, low height and flat, which Minsk has no shortage of, are ideal elements and zones for beginners. It would seem that, corresponding to the size, it is the large elements that will be suitable for advanced people, and indeed this is the case, but professionals can also do very difficult tricks on the beginner parts.
How does the skateboarding community plan to get involved to promote the site?
There are really a lot of plans. This type of facility in my hometown lights a fire of ingenuity in me! I would not like to reveal details at this stage :)
Where have young people in Minsk Mazowiecki previously gathered to skateboard?
This is a long and exhaustive story. I will try to summarize it. One of the first places, of course, was the parking lot in front of the market, where the classic pallet truck stood . Then skateboarders were hosted at the back of Mazovia Stadium, where the first more professional obstacles appeared - for those times, of course. The next step was a long-standing struggle for a skatepark, which was finally built in the city park. Of course, you could also meet us and our older colleagues at the streeet, such as Tokyo, the square in front of the old church, PKP, the wall in the center, by the pharmacy, in Manhattan, etc.
Thank you for the interview! May the new skatepark serve the entire community!
We hope that this interview has shown you how the new skatepark can influence the development of skateboarding in Minsk Mazowiecki and how important it will be for the local team. We are already inviting you to the opening of the skatepark on September 14 - stop by to celebrate together and see what the facility has to offer! We are keeping our fingers crossed that this place will become a real center of skateboarding life in the city!
