Parkour Park Mińsk Mazowiecki

The Flowpark section is divided into two zones:

- High - for advanced riders
- Low - for beginners and advanced

The high section of the Flowpark consists of:

- Three parallel walls with heights of 180-240 cm spaced 270 and 300 cm apart
- Two parallel rods with heights of 230 cm separated by 250 cm stretched between the two highest walls
- Two parallel walls 25 cm thick, 130 cm high and 260 cm apart 
- Seven walls 25 cm thick and 40-100 cm high with different shapes 
- Platforms with a height of 100 cm and dimensions of 120x160 cm 
- Platform of 50 cm wide and 290 cm long spanning between two walls
- A trapezoid-shaped platform with a height of 20 cm and an area of about 4.3 m2
- Three posts with a height of 30 cm with a hexagonal cross section of about 23 cm
- Four posts with a height of 15-45 cm with a hexagonal cross-section of about 23 cm, located on the lawn

The low section of the Flowpark consists of:

- Three walls 25 cm thick, 120 and 220 cm wide, 100 cm high, 180 and 240 cm apart, with a shape similar to a quarterpipe 
- Five walls 25 cm thick and 40-100 cm high with different shapes
- A double-sided slanted wall of 120 cm wide, 180 and 240 cm high
- A bar with a width of l90 cm, a height of 230 cm and a diameter of 33.7 mm
- Parallel handrails with a height of 110 and 140 cm with a spacing of 55 cm and a handrail diameter of 42.4 mm
- Two low platforms with an area of about 13 and 17 m2 and adjacent to the skatepark slab
- A set of railings with heights of 30-90 cm and varying lengths
- A platform with a height of 20 cm and an area of about 3.6 m2 with a shape similar to a parallelogram
- A platform with a height of 100 cm and an area of about 3.5 m2 with a shape similar to a rectangular trapezoid
- Thirteen with a thickness of 25 cm and heights of 40-100 cm of varying shapes placed on the lawn
